2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Manigachhi P.S. Case No. 150 of 2022, instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. The prosecution case, in short, is that the petitioners along with other co-accused persons surrounded the informant and started indiscriminate firing out of which one bullet hit the informant's elbow.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners also submits that no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioners rather the same is general and omnibus in nature. It is further submitted that the petitioners have got no concern and there is no eye witness to the alleged occurrence. Petitioner no. 1 is in custody since 02.05.2025 and has got no criminal antecedent, whereas petitioner no. 2 is in custody since 05.05.2025 and has got one criminal antecedent in which he is on bail.
5. Learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioners.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and taking into account the period of custody undergone by the petitioners, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
7. Let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) each with
