In deference to the order of this Court dated 09.07.2026, Mr. Vinay Krishna Tripathy, learned Advocate representing the Central Board of Secondary Education has produced the scanned copy of answer sheets of three subjects (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics) relating to the petitioner in a sealed envelope for perusal of the Court.

3. The sealed envelope has been opened in presence of all the parties; since the petitioner along with his parents are also present in the Court, they have also been allowed to peruse the scanned copy of the answer sheets of three subjects.

4. Having gone through the scanned copy of the answer sheets, the petitioner and his parents are satisfied with the marks, which have been respectively awarded to the petitioner in the aforesaid subjects.

5. After being satisfied with the scanned answer and marks sheet printed and issued by the CBSE, the learned Advocate for the petitioner, on instruction submits that the petitioner does not want to press the present writ petition.

6. Learned Advocate for the Central Board of Secondary Education has no objection.

7. In view, thereof, the present writ petition stands dismissed having not pressed.
