Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is mother-in-law of the victim of dowry death. Petitioner is in custody since 04.10.2017. Allegation is general and omnibus of demand of dowry and torture for the same.
