Petitioners have filed this petition for restoration of CWJC No. 8428 of 2017 which stood dismissed due to non compliance of order of this Court. Learned counsel for the petitioners has given sufficient reason for non compliance of peremptory order of this Court.

Therefore, in the aforesaid circumstance, this petition stands allowed directing the office to restore CWJC No.8428 of 2017 to its original file and number.

However, learned counsel for the petitioners must remove the defects within two weeks, failing which this order shall not take its effect.
