2. The petitioner has moved the Court assailing the order dated 05.08.2016 as well as order dated 11.08.2016 by which he has been placed under suspension.

3. At the very outset, learned Advocate General submitted that the departmental proceeding is at an advanced stage and would be concluded within two months.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off

Patna High Court CWJC No.3845 of 2017 dt.07-09-2017 2 / 2 with a direction to the competent authority to ensure that the departmental proceeding is taken to its logical conclusion within two months from the date of production of a copy of this order before the respondent no. 4.

5. Depending on the order passed, the petitioner shall be at liberty to take steps in accordance with law before the appropriate forum.
