JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 09-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Informant found his handicapped son dead on 08.02.2015 on road for which, he has further disclosed that in the evening of 07.02.2015, he had gone to Chandpura Chowk. On query, he came to know that Rambalak Sah, Ramanand Paswan, Dharmendra Razak got him intoxicated and further, has alleged the wine to be spurious. On similar allegation, other co-accused have already been granted bail vide Criminal Miscellaneous Nos.19203 of 2015 as well as 27500 of 2015.

Accordingly, petitioner, Rambalak Sah is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate,
