The petitioner Juhi Devi apprehends her arrest in Kahalgaon (Shiv Narayanpur) P.S. Case No.23 of 2015 for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 379, 34 and 304 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 15.12.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.37174 of 2015.

It is submitted that the petitioner was pregnant and she gave birth to a child, therefore, the petitioner may be granted anticipatory bail for certain period. It appears that, anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner was rejected on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3972 of 2016 (2) dt.18-05-2016 2/2 15.12.2015, but the petitioner did not surrender in the court below even after lapse of more than five months.

I do not find any reason to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, the same is rejected in connection with Kahalgaon (Shiv Narayanpur) P.S. Case No.23 of 2015, G.R. No.114 of 2015 pending in the court of Sri Anwar Samim, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Bhagalpur.
