The present modification has been filed for modifying the order dated 04.08.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18918 of 2022 .

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 04.08.2022 the petitioner was granted regular bail and one of the condition was that one of the bailor shall be the father of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the father of the petitioner had already died on 18.07.2018 but due to communication gap it is not furnished in the previous bail petition. He further submits that brother of the

Having regard to the submission made by the petitioner, the present modification petition is disposed of with the observation that condition no. 3 enumerated in the order dated 04.08.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18918 of 2022 stands modified to the extent that the bailor should be the brother of the petitioner.

Modification petition stands disposed.
