This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 376 and 511 of the Penal Code, but, rape has not been alleged, only whatever alleged is attempt to rape. The petitioner is in jail since 10.07.2016.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Isuapur P.S. Case No. 83 of 2015,l corresponding to G.R. No. 3770 of 2015 to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, I, Saran at Chapra.
