The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Patrakar Nagar PS Case No. 87 of 2019 dated 06.02.2019, instituted under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant complained that a fake account was opened in his name and his wife's name in Allahabad Bank, Patrakar Nagar, Kankarbagh, and the amount of the claim against the death of his son was withdrawn by forgery. The informant further claimed that the decision of the Railway Claims Tribunal was not informed by his lawyer, who happened

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46655 of 2019(8) dt.06-12-2021 2/2 to be accused in the case. Later on, the said amount was withdrawn from the fake account opened in his name and his wife's name.

Considering the seriousness of the allegations in the FIR, I do not find it a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. The application stands dismissed.
