The petitioner is accused in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No.277/2015 registered under Sections 324, 307, and 333 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that informant Deepak Kumar being constable, was on duty at post office chowk for controlling the traffic. On 10.07.2015 in the evening one rickshaw puller put his rickshaw nearby him and he asked the rickshaw puller to park his rickshaw at the side of the road. In the meantime, rickshaw puller gave knife blow at his stomach and again caused injury at his right chest, as a result, the dress of the informant was damaged. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from F.I.R itself that the assailant is the rickshaw puller and caused injury by knife to informant. While the petitioner was apprehended there but there was no recovery of knife nor rickshaw was found there. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 11.07.2015.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 277/2015.
