Petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No.476 of 2017, registered under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that after marriage, the husband of the deceased used to pressurize her for bringing more dowry. It is alleged that after four months of marriage all the family members killed her.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the specific allegation of making demand of dowry is against the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6941 of 2018(2) dt.06-02-2018 2/2 husband, petitioners are married Nanad and mother-in-law living separately, the post-mortem report reveals that the deceased died due to hanging and another co-accused, the married Nanad, was admitted to bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 11.01.2018, passed in Cr. Misc. No.58338 of 2017.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioners Vishakha Yadav @ Guria Kumari @ Guria Kumar and Rajeshwari Devi are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Patna in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No.476 of 2017.
