The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kargahar P.S. Case No. 133/2021 registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is a government servant and he is said to have assaulted the victim on the head, but no injury has been found on the head of the victim.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Case No. 133/2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
