This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Sahodara P.S. Case no. 59 of 2015, disclosing offences under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 447 of the Indian Penal Code.
In view of the observation made by the learned Sessions Judge I/c, West Champaran at Bettiah dated 25.11.2015, in A.B.P. No. 10742 of 2015, no order need be passed in the present application seeking anticipatory bail. This application stands disposed of with an observation that the learned Chief
