JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 02-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the complainant as well as learned APP for the State. Unfortunately, the spouses failed to resolve their dispute for which, petitioner at an earlier occasion was granted provisional bail vide order dated 05.12.2014 under Cr.Misc.No. 25322/2014. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that now it is not possible for both the parties to come to the terms, accordingly, he is ready to pay the maintenance amount of Rs.4000/- and is further ready to discharge his obligation in the first week of every following month.

On deposit of first instalment of Rs. 4000/-, petitioner, Babloo Prasad will be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 12th Additional Sessions Judge, Motihari in connection with S.Tr.
