2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for issuance of direction/directions, an appropriate writ/writs, commanding the State-respondents to protect the shop and land property of the petitioner from the hands of the private respondents and his family who are went forcibly take the possession of shop and land of the

(i) restraining the respondent No.6 not to obstruct the petitioner in getting possession over shop and land which has been granted to the petitioner;

(ii) for any other relief or reliefs to which the petitioner may be found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case.

3. In view of the non-appearance, the writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
