Petitioner seeks bail in Laukahi P.S. Case No.67 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 395, 397, 412 Indian Penal Code.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not named in the First Information Report. First Information Report is against unknown. Later on, on the basis of recovery of Rs.14,500/- in cash, Samsung Mobile and motorcycle, this petitioner has been made accused in this case. No Test Identification Parade of the aforesaid articles has been done by police.
Petitioner is in custody since 31.03.2019 having clean antecedents.
