2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Matihani P.S. Case No. 11 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got one criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 28.01.2023.

4. The son of the informant was accompanied with Vidhan Kumar and subsequently his dead body was found. The petitioner is also suspected of having participated in the crime as he is the father of Vidhan Kumar.

5. Considering the fact that there is suspicion against the petitioner and no material has come to connect the petitioner with the crime, let the petitioner, named above, is directed to be
