JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is said to have got a sim in the name of a dead women pasting photograph of his wife and used the said sim in a looted Mobile. The petitioner carries criminal antecedent but in the present case he is in jail since 15.12.2014. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Baunsi P.S. Case No. 128 of 2014 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) S.Pandey/- U
