JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-01-2021 Heard Mr. Sanjay Kumar Jha, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. The petitioner, who is in custody since 12.10.2020 seeks bail in connection with Gangabridge P.S. Case No. 81 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The First Information Report has been registered against unknown. The name of the petitioner has transpired only in the confession of an arrested accused person, who has definite animus against the petitioner. The petitioner is stated to be a student of B.B.A. course final semester and is enrolled with R.N. College, Hajipur, Vaishali.

Considering the afore-stated facts, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Gangabridge P.S. Case No. 81 of 2020.
