JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 01-02-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Motihari Town PS Case No. 529 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504 of the IPC.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the specific allegation against the petitioner is of assaulting the informant by wicket on his head but the corresponding injury is simple in nature along with rest other injuries.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Umang Dubey is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM East Champaran in connection with Motihari Town PS Case No. 529 of 2017.
