2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. According to F.I.R., this petitioner, took Rs. 1 lac from informant and refused to return the same.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged amount of Rs. 1 lac has already been transferred in the account of informant and in support of the same, petitioner has annexed photocopy of application submitted by informant to the Police stating therein that she has received the amount in her bank account vide Annexure-P/2 to the supplementary affidavit. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Saharsa in connection with Salkhua (Banma Itarhari O.P.) P. S. Case No. 139 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
