JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-02-2017 Earlier the bail application of the petitioners was rejected vide order dated 06.10.2015, in connection with Sursand P.S. Case No. 64 of 2015, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Pupri, Sitamarhi with a direction to the trial court to conclude the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.

Vide order dated 29.06.2016, the trial court was earlier granted a further period of six months to conclude the trial preferably on day to day basis.

Again the trial court vide letter no. 11 of 2017 dated 18.01.2017, has sought for extension of three months time for concluding the trial, as last chance is given to the prosecution for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37258 of 2015 (6) dt.15-02-2017 2/2 producing evidence, if any.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, a further period of three months is granted again to the trial court to conclude the trial from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
