The three petitioners who are apprehending their arrest in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 176 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code are named accused in this case being Rice Miller with allegation of substantial amount lying due against them for their alleged inaction.
Submission is of false implication, simultaneously, the certificate proceeding were also initiated which have been quashed with certain liberties, but before that 25 per cent of the claimed amount have already been deposited by the three petitioners respectively and they undertake to pay of the remaining, if at all they are held liable. Further, the petitioners got no criminal antecedent.

No.29739 of 2014 (2) dt.14-01-2015 It is also submitted that in this case similarly situated coaccused Hari Shankar Tiwary, Arvind Kumar Singh and Brajesh Kumar Singh @ Brajesh Singh have been allowed pre-arrest bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 29440 of 2014 by order dated 02.12.2014 by another Bench of this Court.
Considering the facts and circumstances, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within two months from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order, let the three petitioners, namely, Sunil Kumar Singh, Awadesh Singh @ Awadhesh Singh and Abhishek Kumar Singh be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 176/2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. with additional condition to remain physically present before the court below on each and every date at least for two years or till disposal of this case, whichever is earlier and in case of failure on two consecutive dates without giving any reasonable explanation, the liberty granted shall be deemed to be cancelled.
