Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned APP for the State as well as learned counsel for the opposite party no.2.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 737 of 2018 in which cognizance has been taken under Sections 323 and 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act by learned Magistrate.

No.5679 of 2021(4) dt.08-02-2022 2/2 Learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 has appeared and submits that the petitioner and the opposite party no.2 are staying together for the last four months. In the view of the aforesaid submissions, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within ten weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Complaint Case No.737 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

In case the petitioner misbehaves the opposite party no.2 in future, she is free to take all legal steps available to her in accordance with law as well as make prayer for cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner in the court below. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed. (Sandeep Kumar, J) BT/- U T
