The petitioner has been in custody since 16.12.2017 in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 174 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District and Sessions Judge -II, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 174 of 2017 corresponding to G.R. NO. 4939 of 2017.
