The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Kuchaikote P.S.Case No.145 of 2019 G.R.No.1469 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR, the petitioner is accused to have stabbed the informant on the head by knife and there is allegation against the other accused persons also.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is case and counter case between the parties and the case lodged by the petitioner is earlier to the present case. Further more the injury was found to be simple in nature. Heard learned A.P.P. who has opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that the injuries were found on the person of the

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, however, the same shall be considered on the basis of the materials available on the record and be disposed of if possible on the same day. With the aforesaid direction, this application is dismissed.
