JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-01-2016 Petitioners being brothers, brothers' wives and niece of the husband of the informant are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 506, 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The basic accusation is of torture after ten years of marriage.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that thrust of accusation is against the husband of the informant and petitioners claim to be separate from the husband of the informant.

Considering the nature of accusation and the thrust of accusation against the husband of the informant, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or

Case No. 313 of 2014, G.R. No. 1877 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
