The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nawanagar P.S. Case No. 344 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 20(b) (ii)(c), 22(b) of the N.D.P.S. Act and Section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 29.09.2020.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the
