Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act.
Petitioner is in custody since 01.11.2017 having allegation that a loaded country made pistol and cartridges were recovered from possession of the petitioner. Investigation of the case is already complete. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.
Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on completion of nine months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20223 of 2018 (2) dt.13-04-2018 2/2 satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Jamhore Police Station Case No. 104 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
