The petitioner had taken Housing Loan from the respondent Bank but he is unable to pay the same and the Bank has initiated proceeding as per law.

According to the Bank, it has taken symbolic possession of the property. However, learned counsel for the Bank submits that in case the petitioner appears before the respondent no. 1 within two weeks from today and makes a reasonable offer, it shall be considered by the Bank. In view of above, no further adjudication is necessary.
