The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Meenapur P.S. Case No. 395 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 323, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the inordinate and unexplained delay of 12 days in instituting the FIR, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners, namely, Sudish Sah, Manoj Sah, Subodh Sah, Surendra Sah and Subodh Kumar @ Subodh Sah are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2807 of 2016 (4) dt.12-04-2016 2/2 ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Meenapur P.S.
