Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a retired employee from the post of Panchayat Secretary, Block Office, Sanhola, District - Bhagalpur w.e.f. 31.07.2019. Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has filed several representations in which he has categorically taken the plea that marriage of his 2 daughters has to be solemnized. Counsel for the State seeks time to file the counter affidavit.

Patna High Court CWJC No. 17672 of 2021(2) dt.20-01-2023 2/2 In this background that no decision has taken place by the respondent no. 6, B.D.O., Sanhola, District - Bhagalpur who is the Administrative Officer for the petitioner, let it be directed to the respondent no. 6 and 7 to calculate the admissible post retiral dues of the petitioner within 6 weeks from the date of filing the representation and respondent no. 7 shall issue P.P.O. within 4 weeks thereafter. Payment shall be assured in the account of the petitioner, 1 week thereafter. In case of nonpayment of the admissible dues, 9 % interest shall be charged thereafter and the said amount shall be released from the pocket of respondent no. 6.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ application stands disposed off.
