The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

5 litres of illicit liquor has been recovered in front of the house of petitioner.

It is submitted that nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of this petitioner. Recovery has been made from open place which is accessible to general public. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Considering the facts, the petitioner above-named in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50130 of 2022(2) dt.11-11-2022 2/2 of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Judge, Excise, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Majhauliya P.S. Case No. 396 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
