2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No. 49 of 2024 registered for offences under Sections 147, 149, 188, 341, 342, 332, 353, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of trying to free the arrested accused by assaulting the informant and the police team.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner had not participated in the crime i.e. fighting with the local police. He further submitted that the petitioner is a Panchayat Teacher.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-1st, Bihar Sharif, Nalanda/concerned court below in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No. 49 of 2024 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

8. Accordingly, this application for anticipatory bail stands allowed.
