Case No.824 of 2021 lodged under Section 290 of I.P.C. and Sections 30(a) and 36 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 has wrongly been typed in place of Excise P.S. Case No. 362 of 2022 lodged under Sections 30(a) & 32(iii) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Let the above said wrong P.S. Case Number and Sections mentioned at all places in the order dated 25.11.2022 be read as Excise P.S. Case No. 362 of 2022 lodged under Sections 30(a) & 32(iii) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.
