2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):
"for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/ orders, direction/ directions for quashing the order dated 20.05.2025 passed in Mutation Case No. 7513R27/2024-25 by the Circle Officer, Sadar, Gaya whe4reby and where under the application of Mutation of petitioner of the part
Patna High Court CWJC No.11705 of 2025(2) dt.29-07-2025 2/2 of the land bearing Khata No. 209, 210, 183 and 216 (Old) Plot No. 1057 (Old) has been rejected and after quashing the abovesaid order dated 20.05.2025 respondent Circle Officer further be directed to create/register the Jamabandi of abovesaid land in favour of petitioner and grant any other relief(s) for which petitioner may found entitled in accordance with law."
3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be filing an appeal before the appropriate authority in next four weeks.
4. If such appeal is preferred within four weeks from today, the same shall be decided by the appellate authority on merit.
