This is an application for anticipatory bail for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 379, 324, 307, 302 and 120 (B) of the I.P.C and section 27 of Arms Act.

It is submitted that against the petitioner earlier final form was submitted which was accepted and during trial eleven witnesses have been examined but the informant named the petitioner and then the petitioner has been summoned under section 319 Cr.P.C. having no specific allegation and as such the petitioner deserves sympathetic consideration, to which the learned A.P.P. fairly submits that against the petitioner there is no specific allegation.

In the facts and circumstances as stated above the petitioner in case of his arrest or surrender within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29640 of 2014 (2) dt.14-01-2015 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge (Adhoc), IV, Nawada in S. Tr. No. 108 of 2012 arising out of Pakribarawan P.S. Case No. 43 of 2011, subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
