====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 10-12-2021 As per the FIR, the petitioner sold his land to the informant and again the petitioner and other accused persons made transaction of that land on 05.03.2020.

learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that it is not within his knowledge whether any transaction has been made on 05.03.2020 or not. He has further submitted that the informant has not mentioned as to in whose favour the land was transferred vide deed dated 05.03.2020. In these circumstances, perusal of the case diary is essential.

Accordingly, call for a legible xerox copy of the case diary in connection with Pranpur P.S.Case No. 131 of 2020 (G.R.No.2835 of 2020) from the court of C.J.M. Katihar, so as

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5161 of 2021(2) dt.10-12-2021 2/2 to reach this Court within six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

Post the matter on 24.01.2022.
