2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 11.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 64830 of 2022.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 11.05.2023, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 64830 of 2022, petitioners were granted bail with direction to the learned court below to confirm the bail bond of the petitioners after satisfying that the petitioners have refunded the aforesaid amount to the informant/opposite party no. 2, but inadvertently, in the last paragraph "petitioners" have wrongly been typed place of "petitioner no. 2".

3. Accordingly, order dated 11.05.2023, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 64830 of 2022 is modified to the extent that in the last para "petitioners" be read as "petitioner no. 2".

4. The order dated 11.05.2023 is modified to the extent indicated above.

5. Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
