ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 18-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Siswan P.S. Case No. 68 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 193, 323, 420, 467, 468, 504 and 506/34of the Indian Panel Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from perusal of the F.I.R., it is evident that the present case is one of the land disputes and is purely civil in nature. It is further submitted that the present prosecution has been launched on account of fact that the wife of the petitioner had lodged the case against the informant regarding scam of a huge money through chit fund banking company and as such the informant had

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3954 of 2016 (2) dt.18-04-2016 2/2 lodged a grievance against the petitioner.

Considering the nature of the allegation made that the case appears to be civil in nature, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Siswan P.S. Case No. 68 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) ajaypd./- U T
