2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 363, 366A, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per FIR, the informant alleged that the petitioner and co-accused persons abducted her sister due to ulterior motives. It is further alleged that by unknown mobile number he was also being threatened of dire consequence, if he will lodge the FIR.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. She has falsely been implicated in this

There is no eye witness of the alleged occurrence and also inordinate delay of seven days in lodging the FIR and victim is also not traced out as yet. It is further submitted that the mobile number from which the informant was getting threat is not belong to the the petitioner. She has got no criminal antecedent. Moreover, she is languishing in judicial custody since 24.04.2023.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of Bail.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as judicial custody and being lady, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Panapur P.S. Case No. 121 of 2019 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Saran at Chhapra.
