JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-07-2022 Though the present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to grant compensation inasmuch as plants were not provided to the petitioner in accordance with the Integrated Gramin Management Programme Scheme, though the petitioner had made all the preparations like fencing the land in question and tilling the soil, but at the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the Principal Secretary, Department of Agriculture, Government of Bihar, Patna for redressal of his aforesaid grievance.
