The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 325, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case in short is that while the informant was in the Mango Orchard, the accused persons came there and started abusing him. It was protested and in consequence thereof, the accused persons assaulted the informant. It is also alleged that the accused persons took away Rs. 1,55,000/- It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 21-05-2019. Charge sheet has

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46777 of 2019(2) dt.30-07-2019 2/2 already been submitted. There is case and counter case between the parties. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. There is no injury report on record as it is evident from the order of Sessions Judge.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate/concerned court, Sitamarhi in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 137 of 2019.
