JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 366 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping daughter of the informant for the purpose of marriage. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is in custody since 5.5.2015. Chargesheet has been submitted in the case. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. From perusal of 164 Cr. P.C. statement of the victim it appears that there is no allegation against the petitioner for establishing any physical relation with her.

The case has been instituted after 19 days of the occurrence. From perusal of Annexure-1A of the supplementary affidavit it would appear that the matter has been settled between the parties by filing a compromise petition in the court below. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the
