The petitioner seeks bail in Lodipur P.S. Case No. 55 of 2015 instituted for the offences under Sections 25(1-A), 25(1AA), 25(1-AC), 26(i), (ii), (iii) and 35 of the Arms Act. On secrete information of having run a mini gun factory the police has made a raid in the garden of Mohsin and after taking all precaution entered into the garden and from a thatched house the police has recovered large number of arms. From there, the present petitioner, Md. Tanvir along with others were arrested from the garden itself. Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49888 of 2015 (2) dt.09-11-2015 prayer for bail is rejected. However, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after completion of eleven months in jail custody.
