JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-01-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,354B,506 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that the accused persons came and made attempt to outrage the modesty of the informant. It is alleged that petitioner no. 1 molested the informant whereas petitioner no. 3 pushed her down on the ground and tried to undress her.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that in the background of land dispute the accusation has been

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2638 of 2016 (2) dt.18-01-2016 2/2 levelled. It is further submitted that for the occurrence of 5.9.2015 the FIR was registered on 9.9.2015 and at earlier point of time the petitioners side lodged Rudarpur P.S. Case No. 78 of 2015 against the informant side.

Considering the delayed lodging of the case and the case lodged by the petitioners side at earlier point of time, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM Ist Class, Jhanjharpur in connection with Rudarpur P.S. Case No.81 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Anil/- U T
