The petitioner is in custody in a case registered under Sections 387,506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged by the informant that on 24.5.2015 at about 9.30 P.M. one Sandeep Yadav through his mobile no. 9451896790 on the mobile of the informant bearing no. 8271509106 demanded ransom. It is further alleged that on 20.5.2015 in between 9 to 10 P.M. Sandeep Yadav through his mobile no. 9504820750 demanded a ransom of Rs. 1 lac from the informant. It is also alleged that on 25.5.2015 his co-villager Dhanoj Yadav and Anish Mian were watching his activity.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36524 of 2015 (3) dt.07-10-2015 2/2 petitioner is in custody since 28.05.2015. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. The main allegation is against co-accused Sandeep Yadav who had demanded Rangdari from the informant. It has been submitted on behalf of the State that the petitioner is named in the FIR.
Considering the facts aforesaid, let above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Buxar in Buxar Town P.S.Case No. 208/2015.
