The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 432 of 2021 registered under Sections 414, 420 of the I.P.C. and Sections 30(a), 36, 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. There is general and omnibus allegations against the petitioners.

Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer of the petitioners by contending that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60000 of 2021(2) dt.15-04-2022 2/2 petitioners are named in the first information report. Further he submits that petitioners have long criminal antecedent. Hence, they do not deserve to be enlarged on anticipatory bail. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioners is rejected.
