2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) and 41(i) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 13.320 liters of foreign liquor was recovered from a semi-constructed house.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the house in question does not belong to the petitioner. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he has been made accused only on suspicion.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioner has got five criminal
